We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic EFL Teachers for our Residential and Homestay programmes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language education, and a desire to create an immersive English learning experience for students in both residential and homestay settings.

Full board accommodation is provided if required.

All successful candidates must attend an online briefing, which will be held approximately two to three weeks before the start of each course.

We are looking for exceptional candidates to become part of our team. The extremely rewarding role will require up to 15 hours of high quality teaching per week within the classroom. As part of a positive and supportive team, teachers will be required to prepare and deliver classes, mark work and provide evaluation at the end of the course. Additionally, this residential role will include playing an active part in the running of the overall programme.

The key role as an English Language Teacher is to deliver up to 15 hours of high-quality English language tuition per week to students on our summer English language and sport programmes at some of the country's most beautiful and historic schools. Working with the Director of Studies and centred around our unique curriculum, teachers will be required to prepare lessons, deliver these sessions to their class and mark and evaluate the students at the end of the programme.

The Academic Director uses our in-house resources and syllabus to implement the Ardmore academic programme. The AD is responsible for planning lesson delivery, academic administration, checking class registers, and monitoring student progress to achieve the objectives of our syllabus. The DOS needs to ensure that the lessons being delivered are engaging, age and level appropriate, and student-centered to suit our young learners.
