Africa

In 🇩🇿 Algeria, British College of Excellence is advertising a CELTA/DELTA/TEFL Qualified English Language Teacher post in Oran. This is a well-supported position offering a salary of DZD 300,000 gross per month (approximately £1,667), with accommodation, flights, airport pick-up, visa sponsorship, and a bonus plan all included — a solid package for teachers looking to make a move to North Africa.

Europe

🇮🇹 Italy has three posts worth your attention this week. Bell - Beyond 2 scs is urgently seeking an EFL Teacher / Performer for a 4-week teacher-training tour based in Taggia, with only around 3.5 hours of workshop work per day. The tour runs from late September to 24 October 2026, and the package includes €350 net per week alongside accommodation, breakfast, a €25 daily food allowance, all in-country transport, and a flight contribution. Meanwhile, British School of Maglie is looking for EFL teachers to join their team in Maglie, in the south of the country. The position offers €1,600 gross per month and includes Cambridge Examiner training — a useful perk for teachers looking to develop their professional credentials. Also in 🇮🇹 Italy, Morgan School has an ESL Teacher opening in Casarano (Puglia), with a start date of October 2026. The school offers up to €1,400 net per month for up to 25 hours per week, assistance with low-rent private housing, paid bank holidays, and use of a company car.

Over in 🇪🇸 Spain, North Star English has a part- or full-time teaching position available in Morata de Tajuña, on the outskirts of Madrid, starting in October. The post covers ages 4 to adult with a focus on Cambridge exam preparation, runs Monday to Thursday afternoons, and pays between €1,288 and €1,550 per month. A CELTA/TESOL/TEFL qualification and the right to work in Spain are required.

Asia

In 🇹🇭 Thailand, English Plus One Limited Partnership is recruiting for a high school teaching position at Phibun Mungsaharn Public School in Ubon Ratchathani, starting 16 October. The post involves 20 teaching hours per week and pays 32,000–34,000 baht net per month (around £716–£770), with visa sponsorship, work permit costs covered, airport pick-up, and a free internal flight from Bangkok included for overseas applicants.

Also this week, 🇱🇰 Sri Lanka features a volunteer opportunity from SVS School for English in Colombo. Teachers will manage three classes of up to 24 students and are provided with full lesson plans, materials, and training — making this a strong option for those looking to gain classroom experience in a supportive environment. The application deadline is 26 September 2026.
