Amideast/Jordan is seeking to procure the services of 8 native-level English speaking instructors to conduct English training courses for the duration of 24-month. The training will include language and skills development program and will be implemented in three different locations within Jordan. The ideal candidates will be willing and able to live in Jordan for up to 24 months and will be responsible for teaching up to 25 hours per week using accredited English language curriculum and material

Responsibilities


Supporting teachers with day-to-day planning.
Delivering workshops and helping to organise meetings.
Observing teachers as part of the schools performance management programme.
Up to 15 hours of teaching and cover classes each week (although there may be additional teaching in emergency situations), with a focus on young learners and teenagers.
Opportunities to teach adults, IELTS, and business English.
Mostly face-to-face teaching; some online classes possible.
