Essential
-An undergraduate/university degree
-A CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or a PGCE (certain other qualifications will be accepted provided
they meet specific requirements).
-A passion for teaching and inspiring students
Desirable
- Previous EFL school experience
-Experience teaching/working with young learners
-DELTA or Trinity Diploma
Salary and Benefits
Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications; hourly rates vary between £18.57 and £20.57 per hour.

Job Location
Job Summary
Providing quality language teaching to adult and/or young learners at a variety of levels
Attending our fortnightly CPD sessions
- Familiarising yourself with Bayswater materials, our online platform, and preparation of lessons
- Ensuring weekly admin tasks are completed
Follow the syllabus outlined while adding your own supplementary materials.
- Carrying out the schools safeguarding policy and maintaining a friendly but professional manner
at all times
