This role provides thought leadership to Adult product academic leaders across the region, to ensure consistency of standards in delivery of new/existing and enhanced products whilst ensuring continuous professional development in line with latest trends in teaching methodology.
Details of Position
-Managing the Adult English products development and delivery;
-Working with country and regional marketing teams to develop customer insights to identify current and future market trends;
-Ensuring consistency, quality and integrity of the service across markets;
-Developing trust-based relationships with a range of key stakeholders;
-Conducting analysis on income and expenditure, product profitability and risk to improve financial planning, management and performance of Adult products across East Asia
WHAT IS INTERESTING ABOUT IT
You will have an exciting and challenging opportunity to bring together all of the current research/pilots and market information around Adult learners of English in East Asia and to work closely with our global product development team and innovations team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
3 years working in an English Language learning management role
Experience of successfully delivering an educational change programme across a geographically dispersed area i.e. across several centres in one country or several countries in a cluster or region
Experience of working with a number of key stakeholders across an organization to achieve objectives
