ATC Language Schools have been offering junior programmes for over 45 years and is now one of Ireland's leading providers of English language teaching for juniors, with summer centres in Dublin and across Ireland. We have centres in a variety of locations, from a compact rural boarding school campus to a modern landscaped university city centre campus.
We offer English courses for students of different ages and levels of English, all of which are approved in Ireland by Quality and Qualifications Ireland for English Language Teaching (ELT).
Our summer centre students are typically aged 12 - 17, although we do also have courses for 9 -12 year olds and 18 - 21 year olds.
ATC are members of, and accredited by, the leading associations in the international education sector, including ACELS, EAQUALS, MEI, Quality English and Select Ireland.
Our English courses, which are taught by fully qualified teachers, have an international reputation for academic excellence.
We aim to help our students improve their English language skills in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere by providing an extensive educational and cultural programme, and by ensuring that their needs are clearly understood and met at all times.
We are recruiting for various roles ranging from teaching staff to management positions for our 2024 summer schools. There are opportunities to learn new skills, develop existing skills and share your experience.
Our summer centres are busy, fun, challenging and exceptionally rewarding environments in which to work.
We are looking for responsible, talented and creative individuals who can work as part of a team, ensuring the safety of our students and providing a positive environment, whilst also enjoying an active summer and developing their skills.
Our summer courses run between the the 17th of June 2024 and the 9th of August 2024.
Degree Required
Native level English speaker preferred
Qualifications
Essential qualifications:
- CELTA or equivalent (Trinity CertTESOL, ACELS CELT)
- We also accept State Qualified Teachers (Ireland)
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience working with young learners and/or teenagers
- Experience working in summer centres

Essential qualifications:
- Previous academic management experience
Desirable qualifications:
- EFL qualifications CELTA/DELTA or equivalent
- Experience working with young learners

All positions require native/near-native level of English

Salary and Benefits
Centre Principals - Competitive salary offered dependant on experience/qualifications
