Job Summary

We are delighted to be expanding and recruiting for 2 EFL Teachers: 18-21 contact teaching hours plus administration. Experience and enthusiasm for teaching Young Learners hours is a must; ages both between 7 and 12, as well as teens aged 13-17. Adult groups and private courses are also taught in the mornings and at night.
Working days: Monday to Thursday plus Saturday. We offer plenty of teacher support, having Senior Teachers for Young Learners, Adults and Exams.

ELC is based in the centre of Cascais, 30 minutes from Lisbon. We are delighted to be expanding and recruiting for 2 EFL Teachers: 18-21 contact teaching hours plus administration. Experience and enthusiasm for teaching Young Learners is a must; ages both between 7 and 12, as well as teens aged 13-17. Adult groups and private courses are also taught in the mornings and at night. Class sizes range from 4 students to 15.
Working days: Monday to Thursday plus Saturday. ELC offers plenty of teacher support, having Senior Teachers for Young Learners, Adults and Exams.

Qualifications

First degree
CELTA or equivalent (face-to-face courses preferable)

Company Information

English Language Centre Cascais provides General English courses for children (age 7+), teenagers and adults from September - June. We also teach Business English, Portuguese for Foreigners and Summer School courses. We are located in the centre of Cascais, 2 minutes walk from the train station and a 30 minute train ride from Lisbon. Class sizes are small (13 students maximum). We provide regular teacher training workshops and academic suppport.
