Brandon Learning Centre was founded in 2006 to teach public speaking and to prepare students for entry to UK schools. Since then, we have helped over a thousand students to become confident speakers on stage, in the classroom and during interviews. Many of our students will go on to UK schools at 11 or 13+ and we have helped a number of them to win academic scholarships (Winchester, Eton, Wycombe). Our centre is in Causeway Bay and we also teach small groups in a local international school.

Want to teach in Hong Kong and seeking more than just ESL? We have a solution!

We are looking for an experienced tutor to join us in our Hong Kong Centre.

Brandon Learning Centre was founded in 2005 to teach public speaking and prepare students to study in the UK. We teach public speaking and debate to small groups (up to 12) in a local international school and to individuals and groups (up to 8) in our own centre.
We are based in the heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong's shopping and dining area, and have a fun team of 8 British teachers. We provide full training and our own curriculum but all work together to develop lesson plans.

Our students age from 6 - 14 and we teach English (UK curriculum), humanities, science, maths and humanities.

Qualifications

An undergraduate degree from a UK university
Experience of tutoring individuals and groups (at least one year)
Familiarity with the British school system
Holding a 120 hour TEFL certificate
Enthusiasm and dedication!

Job Summary

We have our own curriculum to which you will add your own ideas. If you have a maths or science background, we also have roles
