Details of Position

Listen Up is currently recruiting for the next academic year starting mid September 2018 to June 2019.

We seek vocational, qualified teachers for full-time and part-time positions, who love what they do, which will be demonstrated in their enthusiasm and rapport with all their students. We are especially interested in teachers with experience and enthusiasm to teach young learners.

Our teaching contracts are varied from full-time with 24 contact hours a week Monday to Friday or Monday to Thursdays afternoons or giving private classes in students houses.

We follow a curriculum course book, but we expect our teachers to bring books to life using the interactive coursebook tools as well as supplemental materials. Most of our classrooms have laptops, TVs or projectors and naturally we have good Wifi throughout.

We are a Premium Cambridge Preparation Centre and Oxford Test Centre so many of our students are preparing for exams from B1, B2, C1 or C2 either intensively or over the academic year. Experience in this field is highly desirable.

We are interested to hear from you if hold a first degree, you are an EFL qualified teacher (TESOL/ CELTA or equivalent, not online courses), have a minimum of 1 years teaching experience with a variety of ages and levels and want to join a fun sociable team in the beautiful city of Cadiz.

Our academic year starts mid September to the last week of June and all holidays paid in full (Christmas 2 weeks, Easter 1 week, all national/local holidays)
Unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorship, so you must have a valid EU passport or working visa for Spain.

First degree
Trinity CertTESOL or Cambridge CELTA.
Online courses will not be accepted.
