Details of Position

Christmas with the family is a must. But then what? Here's your chance to spend 6 months in the foothills of the Italian Alps from January. A great teaching environment with skiing on the side, and an excellent package for a six-month contract.
We are urgently looking for an experienced native-level speaker professional to join a dynamic, friendly team of teachers. If you are a fun and versatile all-rounder, this could be the job for you.
The school boasts an excellent reputation due to the quality of its staff and teaching standards. Ideally, you will be able to take responsibility as well as be part of the team. You would have at least a few years' relevant experience in teaching English. And you should enjoy teaching adults as well as young learners, and be ready to start in January 2018. The Young Learners market is expanding and so experience and enthusiasm in this area is essential.
The school enjoys a beautiful location in the Italian Alps and is in the centre of the small, peaceful mountain town of Sondrio in the Valtellina - a valley that extends from Lake Como up to the Swiss border in the Italian Alps. Given Sondrio's beautiful alpine location, this post will be of particular interest to those keen on pursuits such as skiing, walking, climbing and cycling. The position will involve some travelling to nearby towns (30 mins by public transport). And you can easily get to Milan (and beyond) for the weekend.
You should be ready for Skype interview now and be able to start in January. Santa in December and skiing in January? Snow joke. Get your skates on and apply now with full CV.
