Requirements:

A recognized TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (particularly for candidates without a degree in education).
A teaching license or certification from their home country is often preferred, though not always mandatory in private schools.
Professional Experience:
Previous experience teaching in a Kindergarten or early years setting (2-5 years is often ideal).
Experience working in bilingual or international settings is a plus.
Familiarity with child-centred, play-based learning approaches (e.g., Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or EYFS) is advantageous
