Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess the qualities, skills, and qualifications to deliver exceptional education, foster teamwork, and ensure student success. Applications will be assessed based on individual merits and the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in English (IELTS Band 8.5-9, TOEFL 115-120, or C2 Proficiency Certificate)

Bachelor's degree with a strong emphasis on Math and/or Science

Passion for working with young learners

Hold a foreign passport

Eagerness to develop professionally

Organized, responsible, and diligent

Enthusiastic, dynamic, and adaptable

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Desirable Attributes:

Postgraduate qualification in education, Math, or Science

Additional training for teaching young learners and teens

Experience teaching different age groups and levels

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive contracts with a generous local salary of $650- 700 USD (depending on qualifications), along with a bonus system, visa support, paid accommodation, airfare subsidy, paid holidays, and health care.
Please note: The minimum wage for teachers in Tajikistan is $80 per month, and many citizens live below the poverty line.
