Location: BSC Kuwait, Sanabil Tower, Sharq, Kuwait City
Hours: 1240 per week

About the Role
As a Teacher of English, you'll deliver engaging in-person lessons aligned with BSCs curriculum and quality standards (TEFLI/TEFLQ). You'll also support learning through workshops, clubs, tutorials, assessments, and reports. Collaboration with the academic team, College Manager, and Student Experience team is key, along with a proactive approach to lesson planning and classroom delivery.
What Were Looking For
We seek qualified, enthusiastic educators who are team players and committed to continuous development. You should hold a CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent, and have prior EFL teaching experience in the UK or abroad. A degree or relevant professional experience is also required. Experience teaching IELTS or using digital tools in the classroom is a strong advantage.

Experience teaching to TEFLI/TEFLQ standards
Understanding of current trends in English language teaching
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable:
IELTS preparation experience
Confidence with digital teaching tools
Experience in curriculum development or materials creation
Additional expertise in areas such as business, technology, or hospitality
