Black & White Centre language school was founded 1994. Our objective was to improve the level of English in Albacete especially speaking and listening which were not encouraged at that time. The school is continually growing and has sixteen members of staff. The maximum number of students per class in the school is eight, thus we are able to give a more personalised class and really get to know our students and their needs. We pride ourselves on quality teaching in a fun environment.

Job Summary

Details of Position

We are looking for a General English teacher for children, teenagers and adults.Business classes are also available (driving licence is needed). We have a great team of teachers who enjoy sharing with others and a comfortable but professional working atmosphere. There is also In-house and external training and support together with mentoring sessions, especially at the start of term, to help get you settled both inside and outside work. Class size max 9 students - homogeneous levels. Preparation of official exams such as Cambridge and Trinity .We offer personal and professional development. Classes from Monday to Friday. We are Members of FECEI and co-founders of ACICAM.

Teaching experience: 1 years

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

Degree and/or Tefl/Celta/Tesol/PGCE qualified
Teaching experience and Spanish a plus (salary increments)

Salary and Benefits

Minimum starting salary 1,200 euros gross- salary depends on qualifications, experience, experience with very young learners 3-6 year olds, level of Spanish,etc.

We work with set text books and syllabuses that are tried and tested and encourage creativity at all times.All classrooms have a projector, laptop , whiteboard and all teaching resources necessary.
