Details of Position
As an EFL Teacher, you will:
Bell Young Learner Summer Centres are located at premium boarding schools in historic buildings set in beautiful grounds with first class facilities. Staff have their own rooms in comfortable residences. Lessons are fun and engaging. They are project-based, encouraging students to learn by doing. Learning is integrated with the excursions students take, so that they already understand the history and stories behind the places they visit before they step onto the coach!
FREE CELTA OR SUBSIDISED DELTA PLACES AT BELL.
If you are not currently qualified to teach English as a Foreign Language, you can take your CELTA with Bell in June and we will refund your course fees in full provided you pass the course and complete a teaching assignment this summer (job offer guaranteed if you pass). Please mention this when you apply if you are interested.
If you are already a qualified and suitably experienced teacher and complete a teaching assignment this summer, we will offer you a 25% discount on our Delta course fees for any or all of the Delta modules.
Pay rates are not affected by the above offers.

Qualifications
- CELTA/ Trinity TESOL Certificate (or complete our June Celta and get your course fees refunded when you teach for us)
- Degree qualified or extensive work experience in similar roles
- Fluency in English
- Adaptability, flexibility and excellent team working skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Applicants MUST be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Previous EFL teaching experience, although we also welcome applications from
newly qualified teachers
- Experience of working with young learners and/or teenagers
- Previous summer school/ residential experience
- Experience teaching multicultural/multilingual groups
