Manage HR functions:interviewing,issuing staff contracts, carrying out DBS checks, requesting references, answering staff queries, handle payroll functions via accountant, distributing payslips and other payment related documentation.
Manage preparation for British Council Inspection, ensuring compliance in all areas and taking a lead role during BC inspection, including preparing necessary documentation, briefing staff, pre-inspection of site and other aspects of the physical environment.
Academic Manager: responsible for all EFL provision at their centre, during standard EFL lessons and English in Action sessions. Responsible for course content, course planning and quality control in the delivery of lessons.
EFL Teacher: responsible for the EFL provision to all assigned classes. Content and delivery of lessons should be in accordance with overall course aims and BC guidelines. Balanced, varied and relevant teaching in terms of language acquisition and student motivation.
