The role involves teaching children, teenagers and adults.

It involves teaching General English and exam preparation.

We use a wide range of materials, methods and approaches to teaching and offer an excellent training and support package to ensure we deliver the highest quality English classes to our customers.

Most teaching is done at one of our two centres, but we also deliver classes in local schools and local businesses. Travel around the city is cheap and easy, with bike stations all over the city and a very comprehensive subsidised local bus system.

Valladolid is a beautiful city in the north of Spain with a lower cost of living than most of Spain due to its vibrant university population. It is a culinary gem rooted in culture and history, with Romanesque plazas and churches to be found throughout the city. It, alongside Salamanca, is considered to be the home of Spanish, making it one of the easiest places in the world to learn Spanish (without the cost of living in Salamanca).

Madrid is an hour away by high-speed train, but it's also very easy to get to other cities like San Sebastin, Burgos and Len, to name but a few. There are also a plethora of villages to discover in Castilla y Len that can feel like stepping back in time.

Split shifts are standard and should be expected, but a sample timetable can be discussed at interview stage, as can our training and development programme.

We strongly prefer candidates with both a CELTA and a dedicated Young Learner Certificate; however, we welcome candidates from other routes into TEFL and pride ourselves on supporting our teachers.
