Since 1976, SUL Education has provided English language and cultural courses for foreign students: YOUNG LEARNERS who come during their holidays, SCHOOL GROUPS who come with their teachers during their school terms, and ADULTS who come to Cornwall for English language courses and cultural visits.

SUL's mission is to create the best junior courses for under-18s on the planet. We've been finalists at the ST Star Awards as an ST Star Junior Course Provider for under-18s in 2018, 2020/2021, 2022, and 2023.

We are looking for enthusiastic, adventurous and responsible English teachers who can provide our students with the high-quality teaching that is expected on SUL's Amazing Experience Summer programmes.

We offer a range of programmes for under 18yr olds, including our Education is Great (English+Culture), Robotics Summer Lab (English+Robotics with LEGO Education), One Take Movie (English+Filmmaking), Music Al Ways (English + Music), Rabbids Coding Academy (English+Game design with UBISOFT) and Anime House (English+Manga/Anime drawing) programmes. Therefore, we welcome applications from teachers with various skills, interests and experience.

Class sizes vary from 8 to 15 students. Students' ages vary from 8 to 17 years old.

For each course we run, we provide a full course syllabus as well as teaching materials and resources. Full support will be given in both roles by senior staff.
Teachers will also have the support of a Director of Studies who will guide them through their course and lesson planning.

We provide free full-board accommodation on all our residential courses!!
