Details of Position
We are looking for EFL teachers that can:
Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all students in our care
Teach English as a foreign language to junior students
Ensure all language tuition is appropriate to a summer camp environment, by understanding and following the pre-prepared Alpadia syllabus and lesson plans
Have and demonstrate a sound knowledge and awareness of the use of English providing appropriate models of both spoken and written English
Ensure that lessons lead to relevant learning outcomes
Attend and participate in daily staff meetings
Attend and participate in weekly workshops
Maintain proper levels of student discipline, safety and welfare in the classroom

Monday - Friday Mornings with 15-18.75 hours contact hours
We have residential and non-residential positions available. We also offer dual teaching/activity roles for those teachers who wish to be more involved or increase their earnings.

Qualifications
TEFL qualification (Essential)
First Degree or equivalent (level 6)
CELTA, Trinity Cert. TESOL or equivalent
DELTA or Dip TESOL (Desirable)
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills(Essential)
Ability to motivate and enjoy working with large groups of children/teenagers (Essential)
Excellent organisational skills(Essential)
Ability to work well in a team(Essential)
Positive, flexible and adaptable attitude towards team working and teaching (Essential)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client focused approach (Essential)
Experience of teaching in summer camps (Desirable)
Experience of teaching junior students (Desirable)
