Job Summary

Details of Position

Residential Counsellors ensure the enjoyment and safety of all students while they are outside of class time. This includes pastoral care, leading evening and weekend activities and accompanying some excursions.

Are you creative, energetic and enthusiastic, with a sense of fun? Do you have a passion for leading and inspiring young people in a truly international environment, putting them at the heart of everything you do?

We are looking for people who are equally at home running a competitive 5-a-side football session as they are managing the needs of a student who is homesick or who has misbehaved.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional, residential experience with children and teenagers in a truly international environment.

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL: Undergraduate degree (or currently an undergraduate student).

DESIRABLE: Sports coaching qualification, First Aid Qualification, Lifeguard Qualification.

Salary and Benefits

Weekly Salary: £420 + holiday pay

Full board accommodation is provided.
Induction, paid pro rata.
