Details of Position
Maltalingua School of English is seeking enthusiastic, professional and well-organised EFL teachers to join our friendly, international team in St Julian's, Malta.
EAQUALS-accredited and licensed by the ELT Council, Maltalingua is committed to delivering a high-quality student experience from arrival through to departure. Our boutique school is in one of Malta's most popular locations, with a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere and a strong focus on excellent teaching.
We provide year-round English courses for adults, alongside junior programmes for learners aged 8-17 during Easter, summer and autumn. Teachers may work across our adult and junior programmes, supported by accommodation options and a lively activity programme that takes learning beyond the classroom.
Long-term EFL Teachers
Packages include:
- 15 to 22.5 hours of teaching per week
- Option of accommodation in a shared apartment
Qualifications
Essential:
- A Level 5 TEFL qualification, CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL. Applications with lower-level TEFL qualifications cannot be accepted.
- University degree considered an asset
- Native-speaker-level English proficiency
Preferred:
- At least one year's teaching experience

Salary: 1,000-1,200+ per month, depending on qualifications and hours.
Qualifications
Cambridge CELTA
TEFL, CELTA or equivalent;
University degree considered an asset;
Entry level teachers accepted paid training programme provided;
