Details of Position
* Full-time Early Years teacher/manager
* 25 hours Directed Time (teaching and managerial time)per week Monday -Friday
* On-site teaching in our dedicated Early Years Learning Centres
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* will have a recognised teaching qualification at degree level such as PGCE Early Years or equivalent and proven experience in teaching pre-school aged children
* will be skilled in planning and delivering engaging and highly effective, inclusive lesson sequences which are rooted in the latest Early Years pedagogy
* will enjoy applying and adapting English Language Teaching strategies to the 3-7-year-old age range
* will be an open and friendly team member,keen to share ideas and support colleagues
* will have a keen interest in settling into a genuine Italian, non Ex-Pat community and develop their Italian language knowledge

We require:
Degree and relevant experience
Teaching experience:minimum 2 years
Native-level English across all 4 skills

Salary and Benefits
The position starts September 2024 and is initially for 9 months, renewable upon end-year review.
* A 9-month Italian National contract Sept 2023-June 2024 (with the opportunity to renew)
* A highly competitive NET package starting at 1400 EURO (with further increments in line with experience)
* 25 hours of Directed Time including non-teaching time for Management Admin
* Opportunity to become a Cambridge Speaking Examiner
