About the Offline English Program
Class type: face-to-face tutoring for group class (up to 15 students per group), two hours for each class, a total of 24 classes for each level.
Student age: 6-8
Curriculum: slides/workbook/worksheet provided by LingoAce and based on the CEFR framework;
Teaching peak hours: Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-7pm, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 1pm-7pm (UTC+8)
Location: 111 Somerset Rd, #04-06 TripleOne Somerset, Singapore 238164
Payment:
4000-8000 SGD per month

Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate and engaging teachers for offline English teaching. The ideal candidate will prepare and deliver effective ESL lessons that cater to the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency. Additionally, they will be able to use digital resources (like PowerPoint) to enhance student learning, and exhibit excellent classroom management skills. A dedication to embracing diversity and inclusion is crucial. It's equally important to be adaptable and continually refine our teaching methods to cater to our learners' needs. Additionally, effective communication with parents regarding their child's academic progress is essential.
Qualifications:
Must currently reside in Singapore.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Have at least one year of experience in offline English teaching or tutoring.
Possess a teaching certificate such as TESOL/TEFL, etc.
Demonstrate native speaker level of competence.
Application Process:

Submit a Lesson Plan (25-minute lesson based on the slides provided by LingoAce, paid at 50 SGD)
Pass Live Demo Stage (one hour demo includes 25 mins teaching based on the lesson plan submission, paid at 50 SGD)
Pass Offline Interview Stage (one hour, paid at 50 SGD)
