Qualifications

Required:
- A kind soul and a passion for learning
- A bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL learners
- Minimum of 1 year experience teaching online
- Experience/knowledge of inquiry-based learning methods
- Availability between the hours of 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm US Eastern Standard Time for classes. If you have more available hours, we want to hear from you!
- Own reliable Internet connection and online teaching equipment (i.e., computer, webcam, headphones, etc.)
- Proficiency in Zoom

Very Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience teaching K1-12 in a public or private setting, physically or online
- Experience teaching using explorative and questioning methods (i.e., inquiry-based, task-based, Socratic, etc.)
