Details of Position
If you are a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we need you to take overall responsibility as a Centre Manager at one of our action-packed summer centres for international teens this summer. You will gain valuable managerial experience as head of a team of Teachers and Activity Leaders, supported by your Activity Manager and Director of Studies.
Essential requirements:
Experience working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
Experience working as part of a team.
IT literate.
Experience of supervising minors.
Administrative experience.
Qualifications
Desirable, but not essential:
Safeguarding training
Summer school experience
Previous managerial experience
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
Customer service experience
Teaching experience
Ability to speak a second language.
Salary and Benefits
Centre arrival date: 29/06/2023
You must be able to attend a blended induction delivered virtually on June 17th and face-to-face in London on June 18th 2023, and arrive at the centre 3 days before the start date. You will be paid £400 for these 5 days on completion of contract.
CM role is residential with full board accommodation included in the salary.
CENTRE MANAGER
From £760.00* per week (+statutory holiday pay calculated at 12.07% of gross pay).
