Your Role Travel, Connect & Inspire

Spend three unforgettable weeks in Poland, gain valuable international experience and help young people develop confidence in English!
We are recruiting enthusiastic English speakers to join our Winter 2027 programmes as English Language Activity Leaders.
You'll work alongside experienced Programme Coordinators, supporting engaging English conversation sessions, interactive games, workshops and cultural exchange activities.
No classroom teaching is involved. Our programmes focus on natural communication, shared experiences and making English learning enjoyable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead engaging activities: Support group games, workshops and interactive language exercises.
• Encourage English conversation: Help Polish learners develop confidence through everyday communication.
• Support programme activities: Work alongside Programme Coordinators to deliver engaging daily sessions.
• Share your culture: Exchange stories, perspectives and experiences with Polish participants.
• Develop valuable skills: Build confidence in leadership, teamwork, communication and activity coordination.

No previous teaching experience or formal qualifications are required.

Placement Deposit Fully Refundable

To confirm your participation, a Euro169 fully refundable placement deposit is required.
The deposit helps secure your place and is returned following successful completion of the programme, subject to the participation terms and conditions.
Your accommodation and meals are provided throughout the three-week programme.
Flights to and from Poland are not included.

• Speak English fluently.
• Be confident, enthusiastic and comfortable working with young learners.
• Enjoy group activities, cultural exchange and international travel.
• Be available for a full three-week programme.
• Meet the relevant Polish immigration and work-authorisation requirements.
