We are looking for Teachers to join us in our Mongolian branch. In this role you will be joining a dedicated, fun, and supportive team working towards creating the best English learning experience for our students.

Qualifications

Cambridge CELTA

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

University degree (mandatory)
Native Level English speaker
Teaching certificate, face-to-face preferred
Engaging and charismatic personality in the classroom
Supportive and patient with any and all students
Understanding of the importance of student talking time and language grading
A flexible, positive, can-do attitude

Salary and Benefits

₮6,372,000 / month net

Remuneration Package:
Salary: 8,000,000 Tugrik per month before tax
Salary raises negotiable on extended contracts or exceptional performance
Visa, work permit, and health check paid for by WSE
Two fixed days off each week; no working 6 days on demand
Medical & Accident Insurance up to 90% per payment
Professional Development and Mentorship provided by management
Bi-annual team social events provided and paid for by the company
Accommodation Support: Wall Street English Mongolia has a trusted local agent
who can assist teachers in finding suitable accommodation in Mongolia.
The agent can help with apartment searches and the rental process.
Accommodation is not provided by WSE, and rent is the teachers responsibility.
As a general guide, a typical 2-room apartment costs around 500$ per month,
depending on location and condition.
