The Camp Manager is expected to ensure the efficient management and smooth running of the camp. Through leading and supporting all other center staff members, the Camp Manager bears overall responsibility for meeting Alpadias ambition of an enjoyable and developing camp experience for all students, in an atmosphere that is both respectful and safe. This will involve managing the performance of all staff, quality controlling every aspect of the camp and completing all administrative tasks.
