As Camp Manager, you will be expected to ensure the efficient management and smooth running of the Camp. Through leading and supporting all other centre staff members, the Camp Manager bears overall responsibility for meeting Alpadia's ambition of an enjoyable and developing camp experience.

When teenagers connect they feel happy, inspired and motivated to learn. From our green and magical boarding school campus, we bring together teenagers (12-17) from around the world and empower them to embrace new challenges and discover their potential.

The salary for the position of Activity Programme Manager ranges from £660 to £725 a week (including holiday pay). We include meals and accommodation (worth an additional £74.62 a week) on campus in Ludlow, Shropshire, nr Shrewsbury.

1-Teach 18 hours per week.
2-Prepare & deliver lessons with clear/achievable aims/objectives/outcomes.
3-Use techniques/materials appropriate to the level/needs of all students.
4-Complete weekly lesson plans before, report lesson contents afterwards.
5-Assess level, monitor progress.
6-Administer & prepare review tests, reports, certificates.
7-Supervise excursions.
8-Supervise residences, implement health/safety policies, offer pastoral care.
9-Manage data, fill class & house registers.

INFORMATION FOR TEACHERS

We are looking for applicants who are committed and have a genuine interest in teaching young learners. Previous summer school experience is welcome although not essential. It is a great environment for newly qualified teachers as there is a lot of support and many opportunities for development; a wonderful way to launch your TEFL career!

Campus Manager: Oversee logistics, staff coordination, safety protocols, and administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting.
Activity Manager: Lead and coordinate group activities, fostering inclusivity and cultural engagement. Manage equipment, ensure smooth delivery, and handle bookings.
Welfare Officer: Ensure student safety via safeguarding, resolve accommodation issues, document incidents, assess risks, and manage logistics.
