We teach children,teenagers and adults across a range of levels,in preparation for both Cambridge and Trinity Exams.We are a team of 30 teachers,and the school itself ,is modern and spacious,with an abundance of supplementary,support material available.There is also wireless Internet and a staff/coffee-room available.

Britannia School of English is now actively recruiting new members of staff for the coming academic course 2024/2025.We have vacancies in Malaga and Mijas!We seek experienced,professionals,who are versed in Cambridge Examinations,and able to provide quality classes to children,teenagers and adults.
The successful candidates,would ideally be able to cover the levels A1 to C1,(B2 minimum),and be able to work as part of an efficient team,preparing engaging classes,and teaching towards fixed objectives.
Britannia School of English,Malaga and Mijas are both Cambridge Premium, and Examination Centres,having dedicated over 20 years,providing quality EFL classes to the province.
We welcome hard-working individuals,with a warm personality,who wish to further their career,within a well-established,professional environment.

Teaching experience: 1 years

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

Potential candidates should ideally,possess a minimum Celta/Tefl qualification,along with experience in the sector.A University Degree would also be an advantage.A working knowledge of Spanish,would greatly aid communication with parents.(Although is not essential.)

Salary and Benefits

All four positions available,vary in number of hours,timetable and levels taught,hence the salaries will also vary accordingly.We offer 80 hours per month,(1199,37Euros),100 hours per month(Inc,C1/B2 level).(14166,66Euros).Afternoons/Evenings(Block).

We also seek a professional to teach Intensive Courses,(B1/B2/C1),Throughout the upcoming academic course.(14166,66Euros).Afternoons only.
Britannia School of English,provides a full contract,and four weeks paid holiday.

Job Summary

The position/contract will commence 1 October 2024 until 30 June 2025.Most positions are afternoon only,and the course is taught over three trimestres,with internal and official examinations taking place at the end of the latter.We close the centres for minimum two weeks over the Christmas period.
All teachers are based in their own classrooms,with a maximum of 12 students per class.
We provide a wide range of resources and material,with the constant support of both Head of Studies/Director.
