PLUS offers English courses to young learners aged 10-17. We provide a comprehensive package of tuition, social experience, and accommodation to international groups in our 12 dedicated junior schools over the Summer. We are one of the biggest summer school providers in the UK and are proud to be market leaders, fully accredited by the British Council. We aim for high standards in our programmes and consequently we are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, outgoing staff.

The Welfare Officer is responsible for the well-being, safety, and overall welfare of students attending our summer camps. The Welfare Officer also plays a role in fostering a positive environment for college personnel, addressing any issues such as damages or misbehaviours promptly and proactively to maintain a harmonious and positive atmosphere. This position also requires meticulous record-keeping and the preparation of comprehensive reports.

Location
This role is residential only.
This is a temporary post based at one of our junior summer centres including in Bath, Ellesmere, London (Epsom, Kingston, Uxbridge and Central), Chelmsford, Hatfield, Loughborough, Ellesmere, Edinburgh, and Stirling.

Each centre starts and ends on different dates and run for different duration. Our biggest centre runs between mid June - 22nd August. The Welfare Officer must be available for the whole duration of the centre.
