Details of Position
Organisation and implementation of the activities and excursion programme at Twin English Centre London. Ensuring students supervision, welfare and pastoral care is always delivered to very high standard within the London school. Providing support to the Academic Teams including welfare and child protection training and advice. Providing excellent customer service following the company policies and values in a fast-paced environment. Act as an intermediary between different Twin Training international Departments to ensure smooth running of the London school duties.
Qualifications
HSE-recognised First Aid certificate (such as St John's First Aid at Work)- desirable.
Teaching qualification desirable

Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 17:00

Job Summary
Review and update all policies and procedures relating to social programme and welfare in conjunction with the Academic Manager and the Central Operations Team.
Ensure risk assessments are completed for each activity/ excursion and include any extra risks for individual students.
Pre-book all facilities, services and equipment needed for social programme.
Review and update all activity and excursion plans.
Recruit, induct and manage Activity Leaders, and Interns.
