Responsibilities and Duties

-Teach scheduled classes, such as general English, exam preparation, ESP, and Erasmus teacher training
-Follow our set curriculum and learning outcomes
-Prepare for lessons by creating lesson plans, reviewing or preparing materials as necessary
-Complete weekly records of work
-Complete lesson plans for training and observations when requested
-Complete student feedback
-Attend in-house training and staff meetings
-Complete student attendance documents

The role of Activity Manager is one of high responsibility directly contributing to the enjoyment, participation and safety of our Young Learners on the activity programme at the centre. The role supports and manages the training, inclusion and cohesion of all Activity staff and staff assigned to activity duties.

The role of Welfare Manager is one of high responsibility directly concerned with the welfare of our Young Learners as well as the support and management of all House Supervisors and all staff assigned to welfare and pastoral duties.

The role requires the Welfare Manager to take overall responsibility for the safety and well-being of the students while they are on site, including monitoring illness, homesickness and any absence from lessons or activities.

The Centre Manager is the most senior post at the Young Learners Centre where the postholder is expected to successfully manage all aspects of the day to day running of the centre; including overseeing and implementing a robust and effective welfare, academic, leisure and transfers programme.

An EFL teacher is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons for our students.
It is a dynamic position which will also involve some pastoral care duties and supporting Activity
leaders with running Activities. You might also be required to go on excursion with the students or
help with registering students for arrivals/departure.
