Job Summary

Details of Position

Immediate start or start later in 2024. All on site here in wonderful West Cork, Ireland.
Various current and later 2024 contracts of 3,6,9,12 months available for qualified and experienced teachers of English to adults and also teachers of teens sought, in our two separate businesses based in the beautiful Mizen peninsula, West Cork, Ireland. Live and Work the dream in an idyllic ocean-side friendly small town on the famous Wild Atlantic Way, Co. Cork, Ireland.

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge DELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTYL, BA TESOL, BA TEFL, Trinity Joint CertTESOL, Trinity TEYL, Trinity CertIBET, Masters MA TESOL

Teaching experience: 3 years

Native level English speaker preferred

Qualifications

Degree and high standard TEFL cert (CELTA, CertTESOL) Ideally higher level qualification such as DipTESOL, DELTA for some of the positions.
If a candidate also has some adventure/leisure related qualifications for our complementary cutlural/sporting - land and watersports/creative activities
for all ages this would be of interest to us and also a way to diversify the role and add to income.

Salary and Benefits

Contracts start with minimum 15 or 20 hours per week (morning only or morning and optional afternoon lessons) with full benefits such as holiday pay etc. Hours depend on experience and qualifications and option to be involved in cultural programmes as well as more managerial roles. Participation in leisure programme and also willingness to do one to one lessons etc in the afternoons is a popular way to add to income and really enjoy our beautiful location.
