Details of Position

Twin Group are an award winning provider of education, travel, work experience and employment services with several centres throughout London. Twin English Centre London is a Highly Trusted, British Council accredited school offering a wide range of EFL courses to international students. We are recruiting an Assistant Director of Studies to assist in the running of the school. The role includes assisting with the implementation and administration of all aspects of the academic programme, including the management of the teaching team and their performance.
Start date: June 5th
You will be expected to:
Manage staff, including staff recruitment, development and training, absence reporting, timekeeping, new start induction
Organise and manage the teaching timetable, including coordinating all school arrivals and departures
Manage safeguarding and student welfare
Ensure that high quality programmes are delivered to maximise learning outcomes and student satisfaction
Assist in accommodation and welfare duties when required
Promote social activities and arrange staff for the cover of these activities
Contribute to course planning, including ESP, Examination and Business courses and material development
Source and implement an appropriate online learning system.

You will have:
A degree plus a diploma or MA in TEFL
5 years + teaching experience in EFL or equivalent
Extensive knowledge of working in an EFL school
Management experience (desirable)
