Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
ELS Language Centres is seeking professional, passionate, and energetic native-level English speakers to join our dynamic academic team in Malaysia.

As an ELS Instructor, your core responsibilities will include:

* Instruction: Delivering ELS academic programmes across various levels as assigned by the Academic Director or Academic Coordinator.

* Preparation & Assessment: Creating engaging lesson plans, supplementary materials, exercises, and assessments. Testing, evaluating, and providing constructive feedback to guide student progress.

* Classroom Management: Fostering a positive, interactive, and supportive learning environment conducive to student success.

* Academic Coordination: Collaborating with colleagues to coordinate instruction, maintain precise attendance records, and evaluate student outcomes.

* Professional Development: Participating actively in peer observations, administrative meetings, teacher evaluations, and continuous professional development workshops.

* Curriculum Support: Assisting in the local development and refinement of instructional materials.

* Student Engagement: Participating in school-wide activities during scheduled hours and promoting after-class activities to students.

Qualifications & Requirements
Native-level English speaker.

* Bachelors degree in any discipline (TESOL, Education, or Linguistics preferred).

* Recognized TEFL / CELTA / DELTA certification.

* Previous experience teaching Academic English or exam preparation (TOEFL/IELTS) is highly advantageous.

* Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Credentials:

* Native-Level English Speaker: Fluent in spoken and written English.

* Education: Bachelors degree (BA) or Masters degree (MA), preferably in English, Education, TESOL, or Linguistics.

* TEFL Certification: Minimum 120-hour recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification.

* Relocation: Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Malaysia.
