Internship Requirements
Applicants must:

• Hold a passport from an English-speaking country.
• Possess an undergraduate degree or a TESOL / CELTA / TEFL or similar certification. Your CertTESOL will be covered by our programme, delivered by CILA in Kerala India.
• Be willing to teach or assist in English classes for up to 20 hours and take part in 8 hours of extracurricular activities per week.
• Be available to relocate to Uzbekistan by the end of August early September 2026.

The Teaching Role
Location: Public secondary schools throughout Uzbekistan.
Student Age Group: Students aged 1116 years (Grades 7 11).

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging English language lessons focused on communication skills.
Plan and prepare lessons and course materials.
Assess student performance and monitor progress.
Maintain effective classroom management.
Support students in achieving language learning goals.
Conduct two professional development sessions annually for local teachers.
Facilitate clubs, workshop and seminar activities.

Workload
20 teaching hours per week
8 hours of extracurricular activities per week
