We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Cambridge English teacher to join our academy in Jaén, southern Spain. The position offers 2025 teaching+admin hours per week, with classes scheduled Monday to Thursday, providing an excellent worklife balance and long weekends.

You will teach both children and adults, delivering engaging English lessons and helping students prepare for Cambridge English examinations in a supportive and motivating environment. We value creativity, professionalism, and a positive attitude towards teaching and learning. If you know Spanish, you will be able to teach also other groups where Spanish is required to help students whose command of English is low.

MA Linguistics

Previous experience teaching Cambridge English courses and exam preparation (preferred).
CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, DELTA, or equivalent TEFL qualification.
Bachelor's degree in English, Modern Languages, Linguistics, Translation, Education, or a related field.
Master's degree (MA) in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, Education, or a related discipline.
PhD in Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Experience teaching young learners, teenagers, and adults.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A passion for teaching, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
Native-level or near-native English proficiency (or equivalent C2 level).
Experience using communicative and student-centred teaching methodologies.
