We're looking to hire an EFL teacher to join our supportive and professional team for the 2026/2027 academic year. The post runs from 14th September 2026 until 18th June 2027, with possible extension. This is a great opportunity to develop your teaching skills in a welcoming school, set in an Italian small-town environment. Our ideal candidate is organised, adaptable and demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude. This post suits an educator who is confident teaching a range of ages and levels and can work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor and support student progress, contributing to shared goals and maintaining consistantly high standards.

Job Details:
-General English and Cambridge/Trinity exam preparation
-Teach a range of ages (YLE to adults) and levels (A1 to C2)
-Mostly in-school classes with some off-site teaching with state schools/companies.
-Monday to Friday schedule (weekends off)
-Weekly professional development/staff meeting

Cambridge CELTA

Candidate Profile:

• Native-level English speaker EU work eligibility required (Due to Italian law since BREXIT, we are only able to offer employment to candidates who already possess EU work status.)
• Have certified English native-speaker mastery across all skills.
• Degree + CELTA/Trinity TESOL or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred, but strong newly qualified teachers also welcome.
• Motivated, positive, reliable and team-oriented.
• Plan and deliver coherent, student-centred lesson sequences, using assessment and feedback to support student progress.
• Knowledge of Cambridge/Trinity exams is an advantage.
• An interest in developing your Italian language skills.
