Our school operates year-round, with brief closures over Christmas & New Year, and in August for summer, offering a balanced and predictable schedule.

We are looking for a canditate to start immediately, after initial training.

Your Role in our Community

At My English School, the Director of Studies is central to both academic excellence and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines teaching, mentoring, and strategic oversight.

A as a Director of Studies, you will:

• Oversee the academic quality and consistency of all teaching across the school
• Support, mentor, and develop the teaching team through observations, feedback, and training
• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons as part of the teaching schedule
• Coordinate timetables and ensure effective course planning
• Lead regular training sessions and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate closely with both the school and didactic teams
• Monitor student progress and ensure high standards of academic achievement
• Plan and oversee English-language events and student engagement activities
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional school environment
