The Role: The Director will be the face of our school in Firenze, responsible for the overall success of the branch. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a blend of academic oversight, business acumen, and strong personnel management skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the education or service sector.
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) C2 level required.
• Strong teaching/academic background (e.g., TEFL/CELTA certification, teaching experience, or academic management experience is highly desirable).
• Demonstrable commercial and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge CELTA, TEFL Certificate, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge CELTA online, Cambridge DELTA Online

Native level English speaker preferred

• Bachelors or Masters degree
• Be a native level English speaker and hold valid working papers for Italy.
• Be able to obtain a clean DBS check.
