This summer, we are recruiting across multiple roles for our Amazing Experience Programmes in the UK and internationally.

Management and Operations

Centre Manager (CM) UK Only
The operational lead of the centre, responsible for site management, staff leadership, and overall programme delivery

Director of Studies (DoS) UK and China
Responsible for academic leadership, teacher support, and maintaining high academic standards across programmes

Activities Manager (AM) UK Only
Designs and oversees the activity programme, excursions, and student experience

Academic and Teaching UK and China

EFL Teachers
Deliver engaging English lessons within structured, pre-prepared programmes combining language learning with creativity, culture, and real-world skills

Teachers play a key role in both academic progress and student welfare

CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL (or equivalent) required

Activities Team UK Only

Activity Leaders (AL)
Lead sports, creative sessions, excursions, and evening activities
You are responsible for student engagement, supervision, and creating a positive and active environment
