Centre Manager and Director of Studies for Residential Summer Programme
TEFLQ Academic Managers needed for Young Learner Residential Summer Programmes in the UK
Based in the beautiful settings of Somerset or Bedford
The Centre Manager & Director of Studies is responsible for the smooth, efficient and successful running of the Young Learner centre, including all associated administrative tasks, and for the effective delivery of the language programme. The position ensures the safety and wellbeing of students and team members, the quality of teaching and learning, and the overall student experience, in line with BSC Safeguarding Policy.
Qualifications
Cambridge DELTA
Applicants must be of TEFLQ status as described by The British Council. ie DELTA, MA TESOL, Trinity Dip TESOL or equivalent
Salary and Benefits
- Full Salary Package (Residential): £980.00 £1180.00 per week (depending on experience)
- Accommodation Provided
- Residential Meals: 3 meals per day, catering to dietary and religious requirements
- Paid Induction and Training
- Weekly salary inclusive of: Annual leave calculated with 12.07% method
- Typical Weekly Working Schedule: Monday- Sunday (6 days a week)
- 72 hours per week
