Job Summary

Details of Position

We are looking for a qualified English language teacher to work in our language school in Llança, Costa Brava for the 2026/2027 academic year. Experience is essential, preferably with primary, eso and Cambridge exam students. Candidates must must have English language proficiency. Our classes have a maximum 8 students and based on book use with additional materials available for use. The inclusion of creativity within the classroom is encouraged as is obligatory use of english speaking during class time. Our team is small and supportive.

Qualifications

Cambridge CELTA

TEFL qualification and C1 in English certification is required.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is between 13:50- 17 euros per hour depending on experience and responsibilities. The contract is temporary, spanning the academic year and contains all benefits which are legally required. All public holidays are included. Contract hours are part-time, ranging from 3:30-8pm Monday to Friday.

Job Summary

This is a part-time position, with working hours ranging from 3:30-8:30pm. The teacher is required to adapt to the needs of the group i.e to reinforce English as per the school curriculum, to prepare students for Cambridge exams and to prepare speaking classes. As the school uses English language books to support learning, the teacher will be required to follow the material but is free to supplement with additional materials to enhance the learning experience. Groups are small and last 1-1.5hrs.
