Job Summary

Details of Position

This is a senior, hands-on leadership position combining academic direction with operational oversight. You will work alongside the Academic Director to run the school and ensure high-quality academic and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading academic delivery across the summer programme
Recruiting, inducting and managing teaching staff
Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead
Overseeing compliance, inspection readiness and quality assurance
Managing timetabling and academic systems
Supporting agent relationships and student experience
Providing operational leadership alongside the Academic Director
Contributing to strategic development, including the integration of AI tools within the school environment

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge DELTA Online

Teaching experience: 2 years

Required: DELTA
Preferred (optional): CELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, MA TESOL, MA Applied Linguistics, PGCE/QTS or equivalent qualification.
