Senior Teacher Quality Assurance Lead
Full Time | £27,500 per annum
Reports to: Director of Studies
We are seeking a Senior Teacher Quality Assurance Lead to play a key role in maintaining and developing outstanding teaching standards across our school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to teach.
The Role
This is a dual-focused position combining approximately 15 hours of teaching per week with academic leadership responsibilities. You will lead our quality assurance framework, support teacher development, and ensure exam compliance standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning
Deliver consistently high-quality, engaging lessons
Model best practice in communicative, student-centred teaching
Maintain high standards of lesson planning, delivery and assessment
Quality Assurance & Academic Leadership
Lead the formal observation cycle
Provide structured, developmental feedback and mentoring
Design and deliver an ongoing CPD programme
Support syllabus design and oversee schemes of work
Ensure academic standardisation across levels and courses
Examinations & Compliance
Act as Venue Manager for Occupational English Test (OET) (training provided)
Act as Exams Manager for Cambridge English examinations (training provided)
Maintain full exam compliance and required documentation
Support preparation for inspection frameworks (e.g. British Council / ISI)

Accredited 120-Hour Diploma in TEFL – Alicante, Spain.
