Your Role as an Activity Manager:
Your job is to make each day fun and memorable for students.
You main focus will be on-campus leisure programme, particularly evening activities.
With support from Activity Leaders, you will plan, organise and lead a variety of games, sports and events that bring international students together.
(also known as Social Programme Manager, Student Experience Manager, EFL Activities Manager, Activities Coordinator)

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering a varied and engaging on-campus leisure programme
• Communicating activity schedules with students and group leaders clearly and encouraging high student participation
• Working closely with the Campus Manager and other centre staff to ensure smooth daytoday operations
• Promoting cultural exchange through a varied and inclusive leisure programme
• Ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all students during activities
• Managing facility use and bookings to keep activities running to plan

What we are looking for:

• Energy, enthusiasm and confidence engaging large groups of international students
• Good organisation and strong communication skills
• Ability to react calmly and decisively to unexpected situations Experienced EFL/TESOL teachers looking for a first management position would be perfect in this role.

Essential Requirements:

• Availability to attend the face to face induction and training weekend (6th and 7th June, London area) * Travel expenses reimbursed upon successful completion of contract
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo a Police / Criminal Record Check (e.g. Enhanced DBS)
• Ability to provide two referees (at a later stage)
• Please note: This role is residential.
