Campus Manager Residential Summer Programmes
(also known as Centre Manager, Summer School Manager, Camp Director, Summer Operations Manager, Residential Centre Manager)
We are looking for an experienced Campus Manager to lead one of our residential summer programmes in the UK.
This role is not entry-level. Previous experience working as a Campus Manager (or equivalent senior centre role) on a summer camp is essential.

The Role
You will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the centre, ensuring a safe, fun, and well-organised environment for international students and staff.

• Set up and close down the camp
• Oversee arrivals, departures, airport transfers, excursions, and meal plans
• Line manage the Campus Manager Assistant, Activity Manager, and Activity Leaders
• Act as the main point of contact for Head Office, campus teams, Group Leaders, and catering teams
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, fire drills, and safety checks
• Manage staff rotas, payments, and key administrative processes
• Resolve issues calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing a residential summer camp environment
• Strong people-management skills
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Requirements

• Previous summer school experience in a Campus Manager (or equivalent senior centre management) role is a MUST
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Ability to provide two referees (later stage)
• Availability to attend in-person induction training in June (London area)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

£800-£1200 per week
Full board and accommodation
Reimbursement of travel expensese to the Management Induction (6th-7th June)
