Position Snapshot
Schedule: We need our teachers to have evening availability Monday - Friday , we have morning, afternoon and evening classes available (CST) We have online classes available at all times of the day, but to begin, it will be evening classes.

Compensation: USD 14-15/hr (paid bi-monthly via PayPal)

Format: Live online small-group & 1-to-1 sessions on WISE + Zoom

What You'll Do
Own Your Creativity: Design outcome-driven lesson plans tailored to each learners role, industry, and goals.

Deliver Impact: Lead interactive sessions that sharpen pronunciation, clarity, cadence, and professional tone.

Build Real Connections: Teach the same students for at least six months, learning their stories and cheering their wins.

You Bring

TEFL or CELTA certification
Native level English speaker
1+ year of online ESL or corporate training experience
Based in North or Latin America for time-zone alignment
Tech-ready: webcam, quiet space, 8 GB RAM, 20 Mbps internet, noise-canceling headset, Zoom & digital whiteboard proficiency, AI for Lesson Plans

TEFL Certificate

Qualifications
Certification: TEFL or CELTA (120 hr minimum)

Experience: 1+ year teaching Business English online or in corporate settings

Language: Native level English speaker

Technical Setup:

Stable internet ( 20 Mbps)

Laptop/desktop with webcam & 8 GB RAM

Noise-canceling headset & quiet workspace

Proficiency with Zoom & digital whiteboard tools
