ISE Ireland is one of Ireland's leading English Language Schools established in 1997. ISE Ireland is recruiting an Academic Manager in our Dublin campus. We are recognised by ACELS /QQI. ISE Ireland is also an authorised Trinity college London exam centre.

The Academic Manager is responsible for all aspects of the academic department including learner management, teacher support and development and operational processes and policies.

Degree Required

Teaching experience: 3 years

DELTA, Trinity Diploma in TESOL
Or MA in ELT / TESOL (provided that they meet the validation, entry requirements, teaching practice and input criteria)

SKILLS & QUALITIES
Solution driven with strong people management skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Office administration experience (IT literate, particularly MS Excel) with excellent attention to detail
Counselling & interpersonal skills (ability to empathise and understand peoples needs)
Financial management managing teaching hours, timesheets and budgets
EXPERIENCE
Year-round centre management experience: minimum two years in a similar role
Pastoral/ learner welfare experience
Team working experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
Cambridge DELTA or Masters in cognate discipline
Educated to Degree Level (QQI Level 7 or equivalent)

SALARY: 45-55k Euro depending on experience and qualifications
